In a press conference, the presenter of “Estas en todas” talks about the challenges he faces on Peruvian television, which includes a new program in the international format MasterChef.
Jaime “Choca” Mandros will travel to Spain to do a master’s degree in Management and Communication in Food Tourism. Through a virtual conference, the América TV personality said that he will spend three months at the academic institution of the Basque Culinary Center and hopes to apply all this knowledge in new TV projects.
However, the driver and producer explained that he would not leave the television, but would work remotely and call every Saturday to be on Estás em all.
“I asked the channel for permission, and they supported me, because it’s a dream that I want to fulfill, but I’m going to get in touch with some kind of remote work. I’m not retiring from television because I’m coming back, but at the moment I’m taking the breath and I will come back personally with more knowledge.”
And he added that from the city of San Sebastián he would call live to deliver “Hooricans” to the metropolis.
TV Taste Projects
On his return, Choca confirmed that he would be the presenter of the gastronomic program and also did not rule out being in front of MasterChef, which is back on América TV.
“As a result of the channel’s official takeover of MasterChef, I had to address the whole subject of the format, so now I’m engaged and excited because it’s the hottest food reality show in the world. Several years ago, Gaston Acurio did and now the space is back with a new twist.”
I Will be Interviewing my City Tycoons
Despite not sharing his show’s style, Choca has stated that interviewing is his passion and he does not rule out any personality on his YouTube channel, including Majali Madina.
“I have no problem interviewing anyone,” he said, “it’s fun to get information from people you like or don’t like.”
Likewise, he expressed that he ignores the criticisms of the ATV presenter and also those who think that he saturates television with his presence.
“I’ve always loved working. I understand that there are things that can bother you, but you have the power to react or not. If you decide to go to the screen, you know that you are exposed to all kinds of comments, whether it’s true or false. And if you’re on a lot of shows, that’s perception, but I’ve taken on a lot of them.”
